A Mesmerising Taste of Amazingness
Many people believe that too much oil in food makes it tasteless, but the opposite is true for this special chole bhature. The chole bhature from Pint Bhature is a must-try before you kick the bucket! It offers a true bombardment of flavours, ranging from spicy to slightly sweet. You can find this delicious dish in Gurugram.
Although the location is not in a highly crowded area, people travel from far and wide to taste it—and I’m sure you would too. Interested? You’re probably curious by now! However, my dear reader, I must warn you: chole bhature is not very gentle on the digestive system. So, if you’re trying Indian food for the first time, be careful not to overindulge. The rich spices and flavours might leave you feeling under the weather for the rest of the day.
To make it even more irresistible, you can add extra spices and vegetables to your plate, enhancing both the taste and experience.
I hope I’ve made you excited enough to visit India and try this scrumptious chole bhature in Gurugram!
A couple of tips to enjoy it even more:
Eat it in the morning for the best experience.
Enjoy it fresh, right at the restaurant.

Why Pizza is Best
Why Pizza is the Best
Let's be real—all of us ask for pizza almost daily, but our parents turn us down, saying it’s too unhealthy. Still, we continue to crave it. The melted cheese looks so stretchy and irresistible, and the garlic bread on the side just hits the spot. Pizza is much more than just food—it’s something that brings people together.
I don’t eat pizza on regular, boring days like Monday. Instead, I save it for fun days like Friday or Saturday because it feels like the perfect way to start the weekend.
My Favourite Pizza
My favourite pizza is the Veg Extravaganza from Domino's Pizza. Although I am non-vegetarian and enjoy chicken, I don’t really like it on pizza—I find it a bit strange, just like pineapple on pizza!
Fun fact: pizza was originally created in Italy. I often wonder—if pizza comes from Italy, wouldn’t the pizza there be even more delicious? And how different would it taste compared to what we usually eat?
Final Thoughts
In the end, pizza isn’t just about taste—it’s about happiness. It’s about sharing moments, enjoying weekends, and indulging in something you truly love.
That’s why I don’t think I’ll ever have another favourite food… pizza has already stolen my heart—and I only have one! By Kbir Ahluwalia
Butter Chicken at Midnight
Getting out of bed at 3 a.m. is certainly unusual. The silence of the house makes it feel as
though time is moving more slowly than ever. In that quiet moment, enjoying a plate of Butter
Chicken somehow feels soothing and comforting.
The warmth of the meal helps you relax, almost lulling you back into sleep. Yet, the
experience itself is pleasant, as the rich flavours bring a sense of satisfaction with every bite.
Each mouthful tastes even better when there are no distractions—just you and your food. It
creates a rare pause in the rush of daily life, allowing you to slow down, even if only for a few
minutes. In moments like these, butter chicken feels like the perfect choice for a late-night
indulgence.
There is something quietly fascinating about eating at such an hour. It feels intimate, almost
secretive—as if the moment belongs only to you. Of course, this is not a habit to follow
regularly.
But every once in a while, a midnight snack like this can turn into a surprisingly memorable
experience. by Shaurya Sharma
An Evening of Taste and Texture
Just recently my family and I visited a restaurant tucked away from the bustling city called Ingri, located at Museo, which is a photography museum. As soon as we entered, the inside smelled of smoke and dust, so we requested to sit outside beside long creeping vines with fairy lights hanging off them, accompanied by silent music playing in the background and the sound of utensils clanking. A candle sat on our table but unfortunately it was fake, so I decided to play a little prank on my sister as she looked horrified when I touched it. Then it came time to look at the menu. They had various dishes like a lamb burger, vegetable stew, and many more, but one which caught my eye was the fish and chips. For starters, we ordered some beverages and focaccia bread. Next came time for the main course, and when it arrived, the aroma hit before every bite; the chips were cooked perfectly soft on the inside, had a loud crunch on the outside, and were seasoned to perfection with a kick of heat, though for the fish I cannot say the same—it melted in my mouth but the outside was a bit overcooked. Next came my favorite part of every meal: dessert. We all ordered waffles which came with a side of homemade ice cream and salted caramel; the ice cream and salted caramel topped with the waffle were amazing, though the waffle itself was a bit hard. Overall, it was a decent experience with funny moments, happy memories, and overcooked waffles and fish. The food was decent, with some aspects tasting like a Michelin star chef prepared them and others like an underpaid one. by Kabir Singh
Chole Bhature Comfort
Chole Bhature – A Comfort Food I Can’t Get Enough Of
Chole bhature is honestly one of my favourite foods. The first time I properly tried it was at a small shop near my house, and since then, I’ve been slightly obsessed. The plate came with two big, fluffy bhature and a bowl of spicy chole. The bhature were soft with a light crisp on the outside, and when I broke one open, steam escaped. It smelled amazing even before I took my first bite.
When I finally tasted it, it was just… wow. The chole was spicy, but not overwhelming, with a rich masala flavour that was deeply satisfying. I dipped the bhature into the chole and ate it with onions and pickle on the side. The combination made everything even better. The tangy pickle and the crunch of the onions balanced the spice of the chole perfectly.
I also realised that chole bhature is not just about taste—it’s about the whole experience. It is usually served hot and fresh, and people enjoy it quickly while chatting and sharing the moment. It’s a very popular dish in North India, especially in Delhi, where you can find it almost everywhere. Every place has its own style—some make it spicier, others more tangy—but each version has its own charm.
Overall, I feel that chole bhature is not just food; it’s something that makes you feel happy and full at the same time. Even though it is quite heavy, I still find myself wanting to eat it again and again. If you haven’t tried it yet, I would definitely recommend giving it a try at least once. It’s simple, delicious, and honestly one of the best street foods I’ve ever had. By Rudra Sachdeva
MIDNIGHT SHAWARMAS
A normal person eats dinner at around 9 p.m. at the latest—but when it comes to Delhi, that’s when the day actually begins. So, when I went to visit my cousins in Delhi, they gave me a proper “Delhi welcome.”
This welcome included completely destroying my sleep schedule and going out to eat in the middle of the night—and by that, I don’t mean 10 p.m., I mean 12:30 a.m.! My eyes were barely staying open, running purely on willpower and hunger, and I had to sit on a scooter with three other people. Yes, three. Take a moment to process that—midnight, no sleep, and being driven by my uncle, who I trust, but at that moment looked more worn out than a bike tyre.
But somehow, the moment he twisted the accelerator, my sleepiness disappeared like a wave washing over the shore. That’s when I realised that people in Delhi function on pure adrenaline.
By the time we arrived, my drowsiness had faded, but my hunger had not. It was already 1 a.m., so I expected the place to be empty—but instead, it was packed like a can of tuna. My uncle somehow got through the line in record-breaking time (I still don’t know how he does it). We sat down, laughed, and even took a photo before the food arrived.
Well, technically, the photo was taken before the shawarmas came out—but I didn’t even realise my uncle had also ordered a plate of Maggi! So yes, we ended up eating that first. Honestly, I shouldn’t have been surprised—no one really goes out to eat just one dish. (Well, I do sometimes, but I don’t think that’s normal either.)
After what felt like forever, the shawarmas finally arrived. If you’ve ever had shawarmas in India, you’d know they often come in small pieces that look more like spring rolls than proper wraps. That surprised me the first time I tried them in Delhi. But taste-wise? Absolutely amazing. They were juicy, hot, and an explosion of flavour—I honestly don’t have enough words to describe them.
After eating, we went on a little “journey” because no one was ready to go home. My uncle took us for a scooter ride, and slowly, my fear of falling faded (let’s just say… experience helps). When we finally got home, the night was still young.
Unfortunately for me, I am the youngest brother among all my cousins, which basically makes me their personal mannequin. They experiment with makeup and the newest “skincare” products on me. And before you laugh—I don’t always have a choice. Sometimes they literally pin me down and apply the weirdest creams and lotions. Apparently, this is completely normal for any younger brother once his sisters grow older and taller… I looked like Snow White standing next to the dwarfs!
In short, any time I spend in Delhi is time well spent—except maybe when I go shopping. The markets are so crowded that it feels like trying to sleep inside a can of sardines!
But over time, I’ve realised something important. It’s not really about the place, the food, or even the taste (okay fine, the taste does matter a little because I am a huge foodie). What really matters is spending quality time with your family. It may sound a bit cheesy, but it’s true. Unlike your parents, you don’t get to see your cousins every day—so when you do, make the most of it.
Because as you grow up, you realise you don’t always have that much time.
So, on that note, I’d like to end my blog. By Astejas Singh
Midnight Shawarmas
From first bite to last sip: smoke house deli review. It’s a Saturday! Today I go out with my mom and dad. ‘It’s a tradition’ made by me. Anyways I am Dars Pratap Singh and I was the one who made this tradition. So, today I am creating a blog on my experience of going to Smoke House Deli for the first time. The restaurant- Lets start of with where is this restaurant, the one that I went to was in Promenade, Vasant Kunj Mall. The mall itself was pretty amazing there were all the stores including the expensive ones and you know a mall is good when it has these type of stores. Have you been to this mall before in Delhi??? Now we come to the main part the restaurant itself. The ambience of the place was outstanding I’d give it 100 out of 100 marks. It was also very amusing, all the chattering, the rock music and last but not least the mouthwatering food. the food- We ordered the grilled chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and vegetables, it was heavenly. We also ordered the peri-peri pizza and I am not lying that pizza was to die for. But here comes the second most important part ‘the service’. The behavior of the staff was nice as they were kind and helpful. But the speed after all was a bit slow. Also when our chicken came it wasn’t with the mash it came with some type of garlic rice. When we told the manager he apologized and gave us some complimentary mash and chocolate fudge for dessert. The cost- Even after buying a pizza, grilled chicken and a coke the total came up to 1800/Rs inclusive of taxes and tip. So I would say it was pretty affordable and worth the money. My overall experience would be a solid 4.8/5 stars. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to go out with friends or even family to enjoy. THANK YOU!!
Pizza is not just a bread with ketchup. It is a cheesy crispy and hot luxury. Pizza was originally originated as ancient Mediterranean flatbread, but modern pizza was born in Naples, Italy in 18 century as a cheap and savoury meal. Pizza is a combination of dough (flour, yeast, water, salt, olive oil), sauce (tomatoes, garlic, herb), and cheese (mostly mozzarella).
Pizza for me is like a tradition, it may be at midnight during 3 AM or just hanging out with my friends. personally, my favourite type of pizza is margarita now less on that, and more on pizzas. Pizza is loved by people of all ages. The true taste of pizza comes from the simplicity and quality. It also comes from the slow fermentation and finally the authentic varieties.
Pizza differs in many varieties such as the Neapolitan , New York style, Chicago, Deep dish, Sicilian, California style, and margarita pizza. now before I end this off, I need to tell my pizza is my favourite food. It’s not because I like. The reason is that the collection of customisation I can guess pizza is one of the most easily customisable food items in the world. Maybe you don’t like vegetables then there are pizzas without vegetables. If you don’t like the thin crust, then this always a thick one. And it’s not like pizza is hard as doing card tricks in front of a magician. Pizza is easy to make and easy to love. Thanks for reading.
